GIỚI THIỆU VỀ DỰ ÁN

Dự án nhà máy nhiệt điện BOT Vũng Áng II có tổng mức đầu tư 2,2 tỷ USD (~50.600 tỷ VND). được đầu tư theo hình thức BOT do Công ty TNHH Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng II (VAPCO) làm chủ đầu tư.

Tổng Quan Dự án

Dự án BOT Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng II (Dự án) đã được Chính phủ Việt Nam đồng ý giao cho Chủ đầu tư phát triển theo hình thức BOT tại văn bản số 1266/VPCP-KTN ngày 2/3/2009.
Chủ đầu tư là One Energy Asia Limited (Được sở hữu bởi Tập đoàn Mitsubishi Nhật Bản 40%, KEPCO Hàn Quốc 40% và Chugoku Nhật Bản 20%).
Tổng thầu EPC: Doosan Heavy Industries và Samsung E&C (Hàn Quốc), Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Thái Bình Dương (Pacific)
Công suất: 2 x 600MW (Công suất tinh).
Công nghệ: Trên siêu tới hạn (Hiện đại nhất hiện nay).
Tổng mức Đầu tư: 2,2 tỷ USD (~50.600 tỷ VND).
Nhiên liệu: Than nhập khẩu từ Australia và Indonesia.
Hợp đồng Dự án: Hợp đồng BOT, Bảo lãnh Chính phủ, Hợp đồng Mua bán Điện và Hợp đồng Thuê đất đã ký kết vào Tháng 12 năm 2020.
Đóng tài chính và Khởi công Xây dựng: Ngày 5 tháng 11 năm 2021.
Vận hành Thương mại Tổ máy 1: Tháng 7 năm 2025
